We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we have made the returns so easy for you!

Returns Ticket

Please make sure the products unused before you sending back and inform us the following information via Email (ella@yjinflatable.com)

①Order Number,

②Photo of the products you sent back 

Return Conditions

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

Note: 

* Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please email to sales@yjinflatable.com to receive the nearest return address, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Paypal Account. However please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping fee.

Not accept return

1. Customized product don't accept return.

2. If no quality issue we do not refund.

3. We dont accept deposit on Paypal. as Paypal dont protect both seller and buyer on deposit.

4. If customer refuse to accept the goods because of import customs duty, we will destroy goods from express, don't refund payment.
